Donnybrook Country Club opened in 2008. The course was designed by James W. Kelly.
Donnybrook Country Club plays to a 9-hole par of 36 and a maximum 9-hole distance of 3,338 yards.
The greens are difficult and the fairways, by design, don''t give you many level lies. You really have to think from each tee box because landing areas are disguised and the mountainous nature of the course hides many little surprises. For those who hit it long, the 609 yard par-5 from the gold tees will delight. #4 is not all that long but is a very difficult par 3 because of the green. The other par 3, #8, is a fun hole that plays down hill. Many holes have breathtaking views of the purple mountains and the highest spot in Massachusetts, Mt. Greylock
